Various Pathways to Canada

Canadian Citizenship	Citizenship is the pinnacle of our immigration process and we are hopeful to see a favourable outcome decision to proposed legislative revisions that will extend more citizenship rights to descendants born outside Canada. Ask to see if these changes may apply to you.
Visiting Canada	In most cases, visitors to Canada may remain in the country for up to six months from the day they enter Canada, or until their passport expires (whichever comes first).
Studying in Canada	While recent changes have made it slightly more difficult for graduates to proceed to PR status within Canada, such changes should ensure that graduates are more certain of finding and retaining employment once status is granted.
Working in Canada	Many temporary visas have been issued in the last year for the following occupations: Administrative assistants Construction trades helpers and labourers Cooks Fish and seafood plant workers Food counter attendants, kitchen helpers Food service supervisors Light duty cleaners Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates Retail sales supervisors Transport truck drivers For such occupations though, employers must first apply to the government for permission to hire foreign workers, making this an employer led process.
Express Entry	Express Entry is the process for skilled immigrants, who want to work, settle in Canada permanently and take part in our economy.
Family Class Immigration	Those who are already living in Canada as citizens or permanent residents, have the ability to bring other family members to join them in their newly adopted country.
